Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVP is online only! Please RSVP by July 31, 2026. The invitation will have a QR code on the back that you can scan that directs you to our wedding website. If you cannot attend, we will miss you and would appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have reserved a block of hotel rooms for our guests at The Inn at Charles Town. We also have arranged shuttles from this hotel to our wedding. Please click on the "Travel" tab at the top of the website to find the link for booking. There are a limited number of rooms available, so please book early if you need one!

Is there transportation to and from the ceremony?
Answer
Yes, our venue provides transportation to and from the venue from our designated hotel. We have a shuttle to pick guests up at the hotel listed above and bring them to the venue. There will also be transportation from the venue back to the hotel. We are only providing transportation to and from The Inn at Charles Town; no other hotel will have this service. Please see the "Travel" tab at the top of the page for more details.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal attire. Please no jeans! We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Please note that the ceremony is outside and there is a gravel walkway. I would recommend bringing sunglasses and caution against small heels!

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Please refrain from using cell phones during the ceremony, as we will have a photographer to capture all our special moments. You are welcome to take photos and videos after the ceremony.

Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
We can only accommodate invited guests due to the size of our venue. If you receive a plus one, they will appear on the RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Please enjoy date night on us for this adults only reception. Select children will be accommodated on an invitation only basis. Please refer to your personal invitations for further clarification. We hope this advanced notice means you are still able to make our big day!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes, our venue has ample parking on site. Please note this is a gravel lot.
Question
Can I bring my dog/pet to the wedding?
Answer
Although our venue is outdoors, we are not permitted to bring any pets to our wedding. The Inn at Charles Town is not pet friendly. We recommend leaving furry friends at home.
