Question

What time should I be at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM, so we recommend arriving between 4:00-4:20 PM.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! And plenty of it, at no cost.

Question

Is there transportation being provided between reception and hotels?

Answer

Yes-- school bus style! We will have a pick up from the hotel to the ceremony promptly at 4:00 PM. Additionally, there will be a pick from the reception back to the hotel at 9:00 PM & 10:00 PM.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Of course. All areas of the venue are handicapped accessible. Golf carts with attendants will also be available to those needing assistance to and from the parking lot area, or elsewhere as needed.

Is the wedding ceremony outside rain or shine?

Answer

Definitely not! In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the Breezeway (reception) Barn. Cocktail hour will remain in the Stone Barn where you can easily access without going outside.

Can I take pictures at the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. We have decided to have an unplugged wedding ceremony so that all of our guests can be fully present with us as we tie the knot. Thank you for your understanding!

What is the attire of the wedding?

Answer

Think semi-formal or dressy-casual. While the wedding is on a farm and we want you to be comfortable (and be able to dance!), we still want it to feel like a wedding. Treat yourself to a night out to dress up!

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Ladies, please keep in mind that the wedding ceremony will be outside on the lawn/grass (weather permitting, fingers crossed) so flats or wedges are recommended. If that's not your thing, we recommend putting on a pair of heel protectors.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

The famous question! As you might expect, nothing traditional here, folks! The gals will be sporting floral print maxis from nude to blush to burgundy. So wear what you want and don’t think too much of it!

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10:00 PM. An after party will be held at the hotel lobby, and of course, all are welcome! If you attend the after party and are not staying at the hotel, please make sure you get home responsibly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oh la la! In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Is it OK to bring my child(ren) to the wedding?

Answer

While we love kids, our wedding is an adult oriented celebration. Besides, we want all of our guests to enjoy the celebration and have a night out!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Overall, there will be plenty of food options for everyone. If you have a concern, please e-mail us at either callahanch@gmail.com or baney19@gmail.com to let us know! We want you to be safe and comfortable!

What do I do if I call to reserve a hotel room and the discounted rate is sold out?

Answer

Relax, we got this. Room blocks with the discount code will be held until 8/31/2018. If the group rate is not available before or after this date, please let your bride or groom know so that we can open more rooms under our reservation. If for some reason we reach a maximum number reserved, rooms will be accepted on a space and rate basis.

What do I do if I need to check in to my hotel, but the ceremony starts at 4:30 PM?

Answer

The hotel's check in time is 4:00 PM. We get that this isn't ideal, and we're sorry about that. Any guests arriving before 4:00 PM on Friday will be accommodated as rooms become available. If you're planning on staying over, we recommend arriving at the hotel between 3:00 - 3:30 PM fully dressed and ready, and the hotel concierge can hold your bag(s) securely while we party. There will be a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue promptly at 4:00 PM, and back to the hotel at the end of the evening.
