Are kids invited?

Of course! We will have little fun activities for them to do at the reception!!

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is allowed but only outside the buildings. There will be ashtrays outside for guests who like to smoke. Please be respectful and don't throw the cigarette butts on the ground.

Will there be a shuttle available?

Answer

Yes, there will be. The information you need is over on the Travel page. If you haven't checked into the hotel and don't want to miss the ceremony, you are welcome to drive to the venue to catch the ceremony and then head back to the hotel to check in. A shuttle will be running after the ceremony, and you can ride it back to the venue.

Are we allowed to leave our car and take a shuttle back to the hotel?

Answer

Yes. If you drove to the venue but feel like you had too much to drink throughout the night, you are allowed to leave your car at the venue and take the shuttle back to the hotel. You can then pick up your car the next morning. We'd rather you be safe. That's why we have a shuttle.

Yes!! There will be a bridal dance since it's an important tradition.

The bridal dance is a tradition that runs in the Zapach family. There will be explanations on how to do this tradition.

What's the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is SUNDAY BEST! So don't be showing up in a t-shirt and khaki shorts. Also make sure to wear comfortable shoes! The venue is on a farm, so there will be various uneven surfaces you'll be walking on.

Can I RSVP for more than one person?

Answer

Yes. As long as you share the same mailing address, you can easily go to the RSVP page and reserve everyone's spots.

Are we allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have a plus one that is not on the guest list, but wish to bring them then please ask us first!!
