Our venue is Equestria West at Bavaria Downs at 3913 Bavaria Road, Chaska, MN, 55318. After turning off of Bavaria Road, follow the driveway until you reach the first available left toward the white building. Look for the brown Equestria West: Event Parking sign, then turn right toward the designated parking lot.
Please arrive at 3:45 PM to get settled. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM.
Our wedding dress code is formal. For women, this means a long evening gown, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate.
Weather permitting, we plan to do an outdoor ceremony. Please dress accordingly. The reception will be indoors.
Yes, there will be free parking available directly in front of the venue. Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight until 11:00 AM the following day.
Yes! For your trip home, because rideshares can be difficult to reserve at our venue late in the evening, we strongly recommend that you pre-schedule rideshares ahead of time.
We respectfully request no children at our wedding, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, we ask that only those named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
Please see the Travel page on our website for details on our hotel block. We encourage you to reserve a room by April 17 to ensure availability. While there is no shuttle, rideshares and self parking are great options for getting to and from the hotel. Please see above for details.
