Check-in is Thursday, July 16th and check-out is Monday, July 20th. Single rooms available on all days and double rooms only starting on July 18th. If you need a double room, please book in The Embassy Suites block. Parking in the hotel is $25/night, but there are other public parking garages nearby if you would rather park there. Embassy Suites by Hilton Madison Downtown

Here is an additional room block, with single and double bed rooms. It is a little further away from the ceremony and reception, but still downtown. Parking is $40/night but there are other public parking garages around if you would rather park in another location. Please click "View" below to book in our block.

Flight

O'Hare International Airport (ORD)

If you are looking to fly in for the wedding, O'Hare will probably have the cheapest flight options. Madison is roughly a 2-hour drive from the airport.

Travel Note

Van Galder Bus Company | Coach USA

If you are flying into O'Hare and don't want to use a rental car, consider riding a coach bus from Chicago to Madison and back. Round trip bus tickets are $68.60 and depart from the airport at 17 different times. The bus picks up at the airport's Multi-Modal Facility near the rental cars. The Madison drop-off location (250 N Lake Street) is a 7 minute walk to the church, and on the way back, the bus will drop off in front of all airport terminals.

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE)

This is another option for those who want to fly in a little closer to Madison. The airport is a 1.5-hour drive from wedding activities.

Dane County Regional Airport (MSN)

While flights to this airport will be pricier, the Madison airport is a 20-minute drive from all wedding activities.
