Where should I park for the ceremony?

Answer

Saint Paul's Catholic Student Center does not have a dedicated parking lot, and has limited street parking near it. We recommend parking in a public parking garage and walking to the church. Here are some options below. State Street Campus Garage- 400 N. Frances Street $1.80/hr, 4-minute walk to church Lake & Johnson Ramp (Lot 46)- 314 N. Frances Street $2.00/hr, 5-minute walk to church

The Overture Center does not have an attached parking garage and has limited street parking around it. We recommend parking in the following garages and walking to the reception. Overture Center Garage- 318 W. Mifflin Street $8 maximum/day, 2-minute walk to reception State Street Capitol Garage- 214 N. Carroll Street $8 maximum/day, 2-minute walk to reception

What is the dress code?

Formal Western or Indian attire.

What if I am not familiar with the Catholic Mass or I am not Catholic?

Answer

Even if you are not familiar with the Mass, we would still love to have you join us. During the liturgy, we will provide programs that will help you follow along. One thing to note is that only baptized Catholics in good standing can receive Holy Communion, which will be reiterated during the Mass. If you are not receiving Holy Communion, feel free to either remain seated when Communion begins or come up to the front and cross your arms over your chest to receive a blessing.
