When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear formal attire. Our wedding colors are purple, gold, and ivory, so if you would like to wear any of those colors, feel free!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony location, Glen Ellyn Bible Church, roughly 30 minutes before the start time - 2:00pm. Doors to the sanctuary will open around 1:40pm. You will need to allow time to find parking next to the church and walk over as well as find a seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

To park at the ceremony & social hour venue, Glen Ellyn Bible Church, there is a small parking lot in the front of the church, but that may fill up quickly, so there is also a parking garage beside the church on the corner of Hillside Ave and N Main St in Glen Ellyn. There is no fee to park in this garage. At the reception venue, Bloomingdale Golf Club, a large parking lot is surrounding the entrance to be used for parking.

What do I do if I have a food allergy or special dietary need?

Please let us know in the comment/notes section at the end of your RSVP if you have any food allergies or any special dietary needs. There will be a gluten-free and dairy-free dessert option provided.

Is there a livestream link to watch the ceremony online?

Answer

Yes. We have a private YouTube link to watch our ceremony for those that are unable to attend. Please contact us if you are interested in tuning in.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes. All of our hotel block information is located under the "Travel" section on our website.

Are kids welcome? Will there be high chairs provided at the reception venue?

Answer

We love kids! However, only the children in our immediate and extended families are invited. Every adult and child who is invited will be included in your RSVP. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to us and ask! There will be high chairs provided for children at the reception venue -- let us know if you will need one for your child.
