Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot available at the venue. However, the lot is shared with a public golf course and a public reservoir, and parking availability cannot be guaranteed for wedding guests. Because parking is shared and limited, we strongly encourage guests to prioritize ride-sharing or shuttle services when possible. If you plan to drive, carpooling is highly encouraged to help reduce congestion and make arrival smoother for everyone. Will transportation or shuttle services be available?

Answer

We recommend using ride-sharing services (such as Uber or Lyft) or private shuttle services as an alternative to driving and parking at the venue. Transportation is not provided by the couple, and guests are responsible for arranging their own rides. For your convenience, we have listed recommended shuttle and transportation services that may offer rides from local hotels or nearby locations. What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask all guests to arrive no later than 4PM to allow time for seating before the ceremony begins at 430pm. Please allot extra time for finding parking.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, so there’s no need to travel between locations.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden-themed attire. We encourage guests to dress comfortably and festively for an outdoor ceremony in the sun: For the ladies, we envision midi or maxi dresses with minimal patterns and please refrain from blues. For the men, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans or golf polos and encourage neutral colors (no blue preferred).

Should I plan for sun or weather?

Answer

Yes—the ceremony will be outdoors, so we recommend planning accordingly for sun and warmer weather. (There may be a slight chance of rain during this time).

Yes—Pig N Out Smokehouse BBQ will be catering the reception! Gluten-free options will be available. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please communicate so in your RSVP or directly with the couple.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

No—alcohol will not be served at our wedding and is NOT permitted at the venue. We look forward to celebrating with great food, meaningful moments, and joyful fellowship.

Will there be a way to share photos from the day?

Answer

Yes! We will have a QR code available at the ceremony that links to a shared photo album where guests can upload and view photos from the day. We would love for you share as many as you can!

What should guests expect from the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be Christ-centered and will include scripture, worship, and prayer (and the opportunity to pray over the couple in a prayer led by the officiant). We are grateful to celebrate our marriage in a way that reflects our faith and the foundation of our relationship; Jesu Christ.

Answer

As we begin our marriage, we trust God with what's next! We hope to travel while pursuing opportunities for Caleb’s professional basketball career to continue, so we kindly ask for contributions to our ‘Newlywed Fund' or our 'Honeymoon Fund'. But we truly see your presence as a gift in itself. Thank you for supporting us as we start our marriage!
