Caleb and Kayla met at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where Caleb played basketball and Kayla played soccer. Their love story began with repeated encounters in the athletic training room while both were recovering from injuries. Those run-ins eventually led to a first date at In-N-Out—and from there, their relationship quickly grew, grounded in friendship, perseverance, and shared faith. On July 3, 2025, Caleb proposed to Kayla, and she joyfully said yes. By the glory and goodness of God, they have grown deeply in love with one another and in their shared desire to know Christ and make Him known. Through prayer and seeking God’s heart together, they desire their marriage to glorify Him and reflect His grace in all seasons of life.
