FAQs

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

The wedding couple has reserved a dedicated room block at the resort specifically for wedding guests. Our goal is to have all guests booked within the wedding room block to help keep the group together and avoid any additional fees or penalties that can occur when guests book outside of the contracted group. In addition, the more guests booked within the block, the more group perks and benefits become available for everyone attending. We completely understand that some guests may be experienced travelers and prefer to arrange certain parts of their trip independently, which is absolutely fine. However, to help keep all reservations cohesive for the wedding, we kindly ask that all resort accommodations are booked directly through our travel agent, Sara Barnard with SB Travel, to ensure your reservation is properly included within the wedding group block. If there is a specific room category or room type you are interested in that is not currently listed as available, please reach out to Sara directly. Additional room categories may be requested from the resort and added to the group block based on availability. Most guests will book a complete vacation package that includes: • Resort accommodations • Roundtrip flights • Airport transportation • Travel insurance If you plan to use airline miles or prefer to book your own flights independently, you are still welcome to do so. We simply ask that you provide Sara with your airline, flight itinerary, and confirmation number so airport transportation can still be coordinated properly for your arrival and departure. Once the contract is finalized I will be creating a booking link, attached under the travel section.

Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We would love if guests arrived on Friday since we will be holding a welcome event on Saturday

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We are planning on doing a welcome party and some adults only excursions we’d love everyone to be apart of… closer to the wedding date we will add these to the “Schedule” and “Things To Do” page

Our wedding attire is beach formal- think lightweight fabrics, linen, satins, bright summer colors, tropical prints, and textured fabrics. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear slacks, linen pants, or suits (ties not required), and ladies are encouraged to wear midi or floor-length dresses.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
