How should I plan my travel if I'm coming from out of town?

Answer

We recommend flying into Indianapolis (IND) on Friday, August 14th. Carmel is approximately a 45-minute drive from the airport via rideshare or rental car.

We are planning to host a welcome party at the Tallison Hotel on Friday, August 14th, at 8:30 p.m. The dress code is smart casual - feel free to wear whatever is most comfortable!

Am I allowed to bring my children or a plus-one?

Answer

Guests are limited to those indicated on the invitation. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate children or extend additional guest invitations.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our venue, Artisan Acres, has ample parking. However, we recommend taking advantage of Rideshare apps for those who may not want to drive.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there is no formal transportation. We suggest scheduling a rideshare for both departure and return ahead of time to ensure a smooth experience.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We will start accepting guests at Artisan Acres at 3:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm, so expect to be in seats by 4:15pm.
