What will the weather be like?

Answer

Daytime temperatures average from the mid 70s to low 80s; evening temps will fall into the 40s or 50s, so dress in layers and bring a jacket! It's usually sunny this time of year, but there's always a chance of rain. Bend is located in the high desert, so be prepared for very dry conditions.

Will there be parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The ranch is located on a huge property and has ample parking.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both. The ceremony will be held outdoors while the sun is up. The reception will be held both inside and out, though we expect people will migrate indoors as the night cools down.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Guests will need to arrange their own accommodations, though there a number of cabins available at the venue itself. Please see the 'travel' section of the website for details.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

We encourage guests to wear Semi-Formal or "Dressy Casual" attire, but first and foremost we want you to be comfortable and enjoy the day!

No, please whatever colors or styles you like!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes! We only ask that you make sure to reflect your party's attendance accurately in your RSVP response.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Absolutely! Our little one, Marcus, will be in attendance and we encourage you to bring yours as well! While children are welcome, we do not plan to provide any special accommodations, activities, or services specifically for children so plan accordingly.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options will be available. Food will be served buffet-style so unfortunately additional requirements cannot be accommodated on an individual basis.

Yes! Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options will be available.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Yes, but we ask that guests please refrain from having their devices out during the ceremony itself. We will have a photographer in attendance and photos will be shared with attendees at a later date.
