When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

All guests must confirm your arrival by December 30th, 2025. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can finalize our plans. If we do not receive your confirmation by then, we will mark you as unable to attend — and we will truly miss you!

How Far is Ocala from Jacksonville and Fort Myers?

Answer

From Jacksonville (Caleaya’s family): approx. 1 hour 45 minutes From Fort Myers (Jamarris’s family): approx. 3 hours 30 minutes Be mindful as you drive down Highway 301. Speed limits are strictly enforced in certain areas, so we kindly ask that you take your time and drive safely. We want all of our guests to arrive without stress (and without tickets)! If you would like to fly, Ocala International Airport is the destination. We recommend arriving the night before or allowing extra time for traffic and check-in if you're staying locally.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Please arrive between 2:30 PM – 2:50 PM to ensure a smooth start. All guests will be seated by 3:30 PM.

Who is Invited?

Answer

This is an intimate celebration. We kindly ask that only those listed on your formal invitation attend. Plus ones are only for those who were formally invited with one.

Can I Bring My Children?

Answer

We love your little ones, but our wedding is adults-only, with the exception of the children in our bridal party. We appreciate your understanding as we create an elegant and focused celebration.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We request formal “After 5” attire. Ladies: Long or cocktail dresses Gentlemen: Suits or dressy separates The ceremony will be held outdoors on natural grass, so please dress appropriately for the weather and consider your footwear. While not required, we’d love for guests to wear our wedding colors—sage, jade, grey—or any colors that complement them. Your presence means the most, and we appreciate your thoughtful style! We respectfully request that guests refrain from wearing white, as this color is traditionally reserved for the bride. Your understanding and support in helping us honor this custom is sincerely appreciated.

Will There Be a Reception?

Answer

Yes! A full reception with dinner and dancing will immediately follow the ceremony in the Paradise Ballroom at the same venue. Time: 5pm-9pm Please indicate on your RSVP whether you will be attending the ceremony only, or both the ceremony and reception.

Can we bring our own alcohol to the wedding?

Answer

Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited, as the venue is located within a Florida State Park. Violating this policy could result in the immediate cancellation of the event. In respect for the bride and groom and to ensure everyone can enjoy the celebration safely, a cash bar will be available during the reception. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
