Is our wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors with the cocktail hour and reception in an indoor space with the option to go outside on a patio.

How do I get to the ceremony location?

Answer

The ceremony site is located behind the primary building. You will have to walk around the side of the building to a large paved courtyard in front of a pond. There will be staff to escort guests.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking that guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire and please avoid wearing white! :) The ceremony will be on concrete so no need to worry about high heels sinking into the grass!

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is September 3rd 2025. Please be mindful that if you do not RSVP in time, we will not have a seat for you at the wedding.

Are children and plus ones allowed?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with loved ones! To relax and celebrate to the fullest, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only event. If you are permitted a plus one, your invitation has indicated it. Please know that we made this decision very carefully and thoughtfully and we appreciate your understanding.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at 3:30 pm to be seated for the ceremony. We have provided guests with an estimated timeline of events under the "Schedule" page.

Where do we park?

Answer

There is ample parking at Shenandoah Valley Golf Club right in front of the main building, but overflow parking is available in two further lots. If you have the option to carpool from where you are staying, it can't hurt, but it is not necessary.

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! The whole entire venue is handicap accessible, including the ceremony site, cocktail hour, and reception. Golf carts will be provided for guests if walking is a concern, please just let us know beforehand if you are requesting one.

We are registered through our wedding website on various platforms like Amazon but will also have a card and gift table setup at the reception!

Where can we stay?

Answer

We have added all necessary information on this website under the "Travel" page. We highly recommend staying in the Hilton DoubleTree just 10 minutes away and booking through our discounted code. However, we will be staying on site at our venue for the majority of the weekend.
