The Gallatin Hotel

The Gallatin is the primary option for accommodations as its steps away from the wedding venue. Its funky and unique rooms are sure to make your stay in Nashville interesting. A few notes: - Please make your reservations by October 31st to use our discount code - Rooms are on a first come, first serve basis - There is no elevator; floors 1 & 2 can be accessed at street level. There is a luggage lift. - After you make your reservation, check your email for confirmation. You may need to provide identification to process your reservation! Be sure to look at their website for more info as it’s a bit different from any other hotel. They also give away the majority of our profits to ministries in Nashville that serve our homeless and underserved community members (which is one of the reasons we love it!).

Hilton Nashville Airport Hotel

While we do not have a wedding block here, Morgan recommends this hotel for a more budget-friendly option. It's close by the airport and is only a 15-20 min drive to the venue. The infamous Grand Ole Opry and Opryland Hotel are close by too.

Parking

We will have a valet service available for our ceremony and reception wedding. The start time for valet is TBD and will be updated as we nail down details. Check back here for details. If you are staying at The Gallatin Hotel, you will be asked about your vehicle during the booking process. Parking is first come first serve in the hotel lot.

House Or Rental

AirBnB or VRBO

If your style is more homey, there are plenty of AirBnbs and VRBOS close by- when searching their sites, be sure to look in the “East Nashville” area. You will be close by the wedding venue and the most fun parts of the city!

Flight

BNA

If you're traveling via air you'll want to fly into Nashville's BNA airport. While the airport is expanding and under construction, you'll be greeted by the sounds of country music, famous Nashvillians and Tootsies, a Nashville staple. Peep the infamous BNA carpet at baggage claim.

Getting Around

Uber and Lyft (apps) are a primary way of getting around town if you don’t want to drive. They are great, safe, and convenient options; just beware, their prices skyrocket on NYE night and they are in high demand which means you could wait awhile. Plan ahead!
