WHEN SHOULD WE RSVP BY?

August 7th, 2021! We know with the uncertainty of the pandemic, things might change. If you need to switch your response, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements!

WHERE IS THE WEDDING LOCATED?

Answer

The wedding is located at: 1100 Beeman Dr, Sayre PA 18840. Please Note: This address does not appear using Google Maps. It does show up using Apple Maps or MapQuest! If using MapQuest, the address is "1100 Beeman Ln".

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Yes! It is up to you whether you would like to get a sitter or bring them along! Everyone is welcome.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Semi-formal, cocktail, classic wedding attire!

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to covid, the local shuttle companies are no longer in service. We tried MANY options and in the end, we were unable to find a shuttle or any transportation service. However, the venue is only 5 miles from the hotel and there is plenty of parking! For those who would prefer not to drive at the end of the night, there are two options! First, I have called the local taxi company to let them know they will likely be receiving calls that evening. The taxi service is called Valley Taxi and can be reached at (570)-888-2365. The second option is that anyone who wants to can bring a tent or a camper and stay on the land at the venue! If you have any questions email Victoria at victoria.wedding1821@gmail.com.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! Plenty of parking is available on location.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors and the reception will be under a tent. We will have heaters set up if it is cold and fans if it is hot! Never can be certain with September weather.

WHAT FOOD IS BEING SERVED?

Answer

For appetizers, we will have tables set up with charcuterie, hummus, and assorted vegetables and fruits! Dinner will be served buffet style and will include garlic & herb-roasted chicken, crab cakes, roasted potatoes, a vegetable medley with brussels sprouts & sweet potatoes, mixed green salad, and bread rolls. Our vegan option is a Mushroom & Artichoke Pasta.

WHAT TIME IS THE RECEPTION SCHEDULED TO END?

Answer

The reception technically ends at 11:00 pm but the "after-party" dancing will continue for those who would like to partake!

HOW FAR IS IT FROM THE HOTEL TO THE VENUE?

Answer

It is 5.2 miles, approximately 15 minutes!
