Lauren is Caitlyn’s younger sister. Lauren and Caitlyn have grown up inseparable and each other’s best friend. You can find Lauren cozied up on her couch with her two cats Milo and Otis and her mini Dachshund Ace! Caitlyn couldn’t imagine her day without Lauren by her side.

Emily and Caitlyn met freshman year at Roanoke College. They were best friends all through college and then went their separate ways for graduate schools. In 2021 Emily saw that her and Caitlyn were both in Jacksonville. They quickly came to realize they moved to the same city post grad school without the others awareness. They picked right back up where they left off with many coffee dates, brewery adventures and beach days! Emily can be found relaxing at the beach raising her service dogs!

Emily and Caitlyn met sophomore year at Roanoke College. They quickly became best friends, navigating the same major, completing 10k races and eventually going on to two different PT schools not far from each other. Emily can be found on hikes with her dog Annie or snuggling up with the newest member of their family baby Adeline!

Morgan is Caitlyn’s childhood best friend! Morgan is considered one of Caitlyn’s sisters, they have shared many laughs, hard times, good times, and were inseparable all through growing up! Morgan can be found chasing her almost two year old Marlee around or hanging with her pup Macey!

Rachael is one of Caitlyn’s childhood best friends! They grew up playing many years of soccer together. Rachael and Caitlyn have shared many wild adventures, laughs and cries together. You can find Rachael chasing her kids around, yelling at the dogs or on the boat!

Sarah Mares

Sarah and Caitlyn met in PT school. They both went to Roanoke College and knew of each other but did not directly know each other. On the first day of PT schools they sat next to each other and have been best of friends ever since. They’ve spent too many hours studying together, shared an apartment during PT school and went on fun trips together. You can now find Sarah chasing around her little boy Luka, playing fetch with the dogs or walking on the beach!
