As of right now, only vaccinated guests are allowed to attend our wedding. We will need to provide proof of vaccination, phone number, and email address for every guest to comply with our venue and Mendocino County regulations. Please email SullivanOlmerWedding@gmail.com with proof of vaccination, an email address and phone number for ALL guests who are attending (for contact tracing). All our guests are also required to be tested for COVID within 72 hours of our event. Please bring proof of your negative test to the wedding (either a physical test result or on your phone!). We know this is an extra layer of requirements to attend our wedding, and we really appreciate your help to keep our wedding as safe as possible!
Black Tie Optional means you are welcome to wear a tux or a gown, but it's not required. We don't adhere to outdated patriarchal dress codes - you are welcome to wear a suit, dress, jumpsuit, or any combination of those. Most importantly, we want you to be comfortable in whatever you wear! You are welcome to bring your child if you feel comfortable doing so - just let us know so we can make sure to have a meal for them! Please note, our wedding will be completely outdoors and there are steep cliffs, woods, and a variety of flora and fauna. If you don't feel comfortable with your child in an outdoor, relatively rustic environment we would recommend you make other arrangements. If you want to bring a pet, we've recommended some pet friendly accommodations in Mendocino County. While we love pets - please don't bring your pet to our ceremony or reception. It's Remy and Walt's time to shine. If you'd like to bring an ex-lover, check and see if you've gotten a +1. If so, while technically allowed we can't promise that we won't judge you.
