Let's celebrate!

Lana and Caitlyn met completely by chance. Caitlyn had a friend visiting from Mississippi and had planned a trip to Sonoma for the day with her dog, Walt. Lana happened to be going to a tasting at one of the same wineries - Scribe. When Lana walked in, her dog Remy saw Caitlyn and Walt from across the patio and dragged Lana over to say hi. Although their initial exchange was relatively brief, Lana walked away thinking, "That girl is so cute!". As their respective tastings progressed, Lana kept an eye on Caitlyn. As Caitlyn got up to leave, Lana chased her down in the parking lot and asked for her number. A couple text exchanges, a first date at a champagne bar and a Robyn concert later, the rest as they say is history...

Mendocino County is a magical place that encapsulates so much of what we love about Northern California. A combination of beautiful old growth and redwood forests, dramatic coastal cliffs, charming seaside towns and amazing wine, from historic Mendocino to Anderson Valley there is something for everyone. Mendocino has played a special part in our relationship, as we've often escaped from the city to get away here.
