Born in 1996 as the 4th child to his parents Joni and Kelly, James grew up in La Habra, CA. Growing up his interests involved legos, films, history, and as he aged, vintage clothing. He has always faced life with positivity, always being a source of easy-going, loyal support for his friends and family. An outstanding friend to his wide circle of companions, he acts as the glue that holds them together. James has been involved in high-end shoe sales since 2021 and intends to further his career in sales as time goes on. His warm and friendly disposition has given him a great advantage in the profession. James’ walk with The Lord became apparent in 2025. Now an avid reader of the Bible and ever more ambitious in his pursuit of Christ, he is a man of great integrity, compassion, and selflessness. His relationship with Caitlyn has further shown him what it means to bear others’ burdens and lead with Godly intent.
Caitlyn Jensen

Born as a first and only child in 1999, Caitlyn grew up in Yucaipa, CA with her parents Curt and Shawna. Growing up her interests revolved around Disney and animals. Both of which have stuck with her into adulthood. Her heart has always lied in having the purest intentions for others and being a loyal companion to those who are close to her. In 2013 she dedicated her life to Christ at a church summer camp and started her spiritual walk with The Lord. In spite of every trial and tribulation, her faith in Jesus has stayed steadfast no matter how daunting life has seemed. Her God-given passion for animals has led her to being a veterinary technician/assistant since 2020 and intends to continue in the field for as long as possible. Since meeting James in 2021, she has beared witness to the ever constant power of God’s grace. Learning that by God’s redemption, anything is possible through the Cross. Including the transformation of her and James’s hearts and lives.

Tony and James have been friends since Kindergarten which means he’s seen James through just about every phase of life — the good decisions, and everything in between. Over the years, he’s been more than just a friend; he’s been a constant source of loyalty, humor, and support.

Eric and James have been friends ever since they met in Kindergarten. Eric has always been a loyal friend to James. They have bonded over interest in Star Wars, Halo and Lego.
Faith Vance

Caitlyn and Faith met in 2025 when James and Caitlyn travelled to West Virginia to meet her then boyfriend Deven for a roadtrip across the country. After spending a week together in California and witnessing Faith’s own engagement to Deven after the roadtrip, the two became very fast friends. A friendship filled with ever-constant encouragement and love is one they shared since then. And in spite of living over 2,000 miles apart, the two have a special bond that transcends the amount of distance between them.

Deven and James met on May 9th 2025. After becoming close pals through their shared passion for vintage clothing. James and Caitlyn flew to West Virginia and drove across the country with Deven back home to California and bonded along the way.

Olivia is the incredibly bright eldest first cousin to Caitlyn. Filled with wit, beauty, and charm, she faces life with resilience and always tries to stand up for what she thinks is right. When Olivia and her twin sister Madeline were born to Caitlyn’s aunt and uncle in 2007, Caitlyn was over the moon. Having been the only child in the family for all her life she was ecstatic to finally have cousins to share life with. Now even into adulthood, Caitlyn and Olivia share a close bond that is filled with laughter and love. Always willing to do anything for one another to make sure the other feels supported and loved.

Erick has been friends with James since they met in 2014. They were in JROTC together. They have been on many adventures together and have kept in close contact since he moved internationally.

Madeline is the second eldest first cousin to Caitlyn. Her gentle and loving disposition has always been at her forefront. When Madeline and her twin sister Olivia were born to Caitlyn’s aunt and uncle in 2007, Caitlyn was over the moon. Having been the only child in the family for all her life she was ecstatic to finally have cousins to share life with. Since then Caitlyn and “Maddy” have shared a loving relationship filled with much laughter and hugs.

Being born in 2013, Caitlyn was more than excited to have yet another cousin to share life and adventures with. Watching Ruby along with her other cousins grow up has been one of Caitlyn’s greatest blessings. Ruby and Caitlyn’s relationship is fun-loving and filled with excitement. Always being ecstatic to see one another when they do.

Lovers of dirt, trucks, and all other things boys have an affinity for, they have a zest for life that can’t be denied. At every family gathering, their constant laughter and fun-loving personalities give their family much joy. James and Caitlyn love their nephews ever so much, and are excited to watch them grow up.

Zach and Caitlyn have known each other since 2013 when she first started to attend church as a young teenager. He pastored the youth group she was apart of for all 4 years of high school and now is the lead pastor of the church she attends currently. Full of life and adventure, Zach is a dedicated man of The Lord who himself has beared witness to God’s incredible power through Christ’s sacrifice.
