WHAT IS THE DATE, TIME AND LOCATION OF THE WEDDING? Our wedding is taking place on Friday 14th November 2025 at Brindabella Hills Winery. Guest are requested to arrive at 3:00pm for a 3:30pm ceremony. The address is 156 Woodgrove Cl, Wallaroo, NSW.
HOW DO I RSVP? Please RSVP on this website by Sunday 12th October. You are more than welcome to RSVP prior to this date. If you have any questions or issues RSVP'ing, please contact Caitlyn at 0432 577 361.
WILL TRANSPORT BE AVAILABLE? Transport has been organised to bring guests to and from our wedding. Please specify in your RSVP if you would like to utilise the provided transport, if you don't, there is no guarantee there will be spots available on the day. Alternatively, there is free parking available on site. Relying on Uber/Taxi services in not recommended due to the poor phone service in the area.
CAN I BRING A GUEST? Although we would love to offer plus ones, we have a strict guest list. We appreciate your understanding and we can't wait to celebrate with you.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS? Although we'd love to celebrate with your little ones, we have opted for an adults-only wedding with the exception of close family. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home.
DO YOU HAVE A GIFT REGISTRY Your presence is our greatest present. However, if you would like to give us a gift, we would appreciate contributions towards our honeymoon or new kitchen. A wishing well will be available on the evening.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY? As Brindabella Hills Winery is approximately a 20-30 minute drive from Canberra, there is limited accommodation close by. Please see the accommodation page for suggestions and more information.
WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS? Both! Weather permitting, our ceremony will overlook the gorgeous Brindabella Hills (hence the venue name). Cocktail hour will be enjoyed in the vineyard garden before moving inside for the reception. Hot tip for the gals - block heels are your friend with lots of grass covering the venue.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? We have opted for a garden formal attire for our wedding. What is Garden Formal you ask? Garden Formal combines elements of formal and cocktail attire with a vibrant and floral twist. Pinterest has some good inspiration if you need. At the end of the day, celebrating with our favourite people is most important to us. Don't overthink it, please wear what makes you feel comfortable and beautiful! xx
WHAT COLOURS SHOULD I WEAR? While it isn't necessary, guests can opt to wear vibrant colours and floral to suit the overall colourful theme of our wedding. The bridal party will be wearing black.
WHAT WEATHER IS EXPECTED? While we can't predict the weather, temperature in November normally averages 18-25°C. November can also see some wind and/or rain. If there is inclement weather, all activities will be moved inside accordingly.
IS THERE AN OPEN BAR? Hell yeah! The bar will be offering beer, wine and soft drinks throughout the evening until about 9:00pm. From there, the bar will move to self purchase for the last hour.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS? We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day. We ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. However, we encourage you to take photos and videos during the rest of the night!
