When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than May 1st, 2027. After this date, the website will no longer accept responses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for everyone, late arrivals will not be admitted once the ceremony has started. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early so you don’t miss a thing!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Our wedding will have a garden-inspired feel, so we invite you to dress in garden party attire. Soft colors like blush, sage, lavender, light blue, and neutrals will fit beautifully with the setting. Style note: Think light, airy, and dressy! We recommend skipping jeans and choosing something a bit more elevated to match the garden party vibe. Footwear tip: The ceremony will be on grass, so choose shoes that are comfortable for outdoor walking (block heels, wedges, flats, or dressy shoes).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Please note the address listed is for parking next door at the conservation club, where golf cart shuttles are available.

We would love to celebrate with everyone, but we’re keeping our guest list limited to those named on each invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we’re only able to accommodate children who are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding! Please note the venue is a large outdoor property that includes a pond and fenced areas that small children may be able to access underneath. In addition, neighboring areas include private property not owned or managed by the venue that contains power tools, sawmills, and other potentially dangerous equipment. For the safety of all children, constant supervision is required at all times.

ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please keep out of the flower beds and fenced off areas. The moving of any fencing or operation of any machinery or golf carts is prohibited. All cigarette & cigar smoking must be done in the designated smoking section. NO vaping or smoking the in the reception building, cabins, or restrooms. Cars are allowed to be left overnight at Willow Acres parking lot. No cars are allowed to be left at the Conservation Club. Cars must be picked up by 9:00am the next day. Any car left longer than 24 hours will be towed.
