Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please review the page titled “Travel” for our available room blocks. If you prefer an alternate hotel, I have listed additional accommodations on that page as well.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an evening welcome party for those traveling from out of town. The details are being finalize, please check back on the Schedule page as we get closer to the celebratory weekend!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Wedding Day, our dress code is Semi Formal Garden Attire, elegant yet comfortable. Think cheerful when it comes to color, and don't be afraid to incorporate some florals into your look, like a printed dress or patterned tie or pocket square.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at South Seas, we will have a trolley picking up the guests and bring them to the ceremony location. If you decide to stay off property, you are welcome to park in the parking lot at the entrance of South Seas and the trolley will pick you up from there.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm, please arrive at South Seas by 5:00pm. If you are staying at South Seas, you will receive an itinerary that will share your trolley pick up time.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outdoors. The sun will beautifully set around 6:52 pm so we will provide light shade during the ceremony. The reception will be enjoyed under a tent.
