The Hilton Garden Inn and the Inn at Saint Mary's
We have hotel blocks at both the Hilton Garden Inn (attached to the reception venue) and the Inn at Saint Mary's. The hotels are right next to each other and share a parking lot, so both are very convenient for our reception. The link below is for the Hilton only. Getting to South Bend
For guests planning to fly: You have the option of flying into South Bend (SBN) directly or flying into Chicago (either O'Hare or Midway) and renting a car to drive to South Bend (usually takes around 90 minutes, depending on traffic). For guests driving: You will likely end up taking the Indiana Toll Road (I-90) to get to South Bend. Take Exit 77 and turn right at the light at the end of the ramp. You'll see the signs for the hotels (The Inn at Saint Mary's and Hilton Garden Inn share a property and parking lot) on the corner - just turn right into the parking lot!
Shuttle
Transportation to and from the ceremony

A shuttle to the ceremony will be available for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and the Inn at Saint Mary's. If you plan to drive to the basilica, you will need to enter campus through the gate next to the bookstore. The gate attendant will direct you to park in the Grotto or St. Liam’s lots as long as space is available. Alternative parking is located along St. Mary’s Road. Plan for a 5 minute walk from parking to the basilica. Handicapped parking is available for cars with ADA placards in the Grotto Lot, St. Liam’s lot and off Sorin Circle. Please use appropriately marked spots. Anyone dropping off a guest with a disability is invited to drive the guest to one of the two ADA entrances. Guests can be dropped at Sorin Circle and use the ADA entrance on the east side of the Basilica or may be dropped at the front of the Basilica and use the ADA entrance on the south side of the Basilica.
