Embassy Suites by Hilton Napa Valley

This is one of our recommended hotels. The rooms are very spacious with a bedroom and living area. This hotel also has free breakfast and a happy hour from 5:00-7:00 PM where you get free drink tickets :) Parking is $23 a day. This hotel is about a 15 minute walk to downtown Napa. It is an easy walk down a quiet neighborhood street (Clay Street). Uber was also easy to get from downtown and back to the hotel. We will have a shuttle pickup at this location to and from our wedding at V. Sattui on June 1st.

Archer Hotel Napa

*This is where Zach and Caitlin will be staying.* It is located in downtown Napa very close to all the restaurants, wine tastings in town, and the bar we will be going to after our reception (Bilco's Billards and Darts.) Parking is $30 a night. This place is more pricey because it is a boutique hotel. To book your stay with a 20% off discount, please follow the directions. This is close to the Archer Hotel (about a 12 minute walk) to where one of the shuttles will pick up/drop off for the wedding on June 1st.

Other Places to Stay

There are other boutique bed and breakfasts and hotels located in and near downtown Napa that are also great places to stay. We recommend you staying somewhere close by Embassy Suites or Archer if you are planning on taking the provided transportation to and from V. Sattui Winery (which is around 25 minutes away from downtown Napa.) There are hotels located closer to the winery or around the Napa region, but this would require you providing your own transportation to and from the ceremony and reception-there is a parking lot for cars at the venue. *Also of note, an Uber is more difficult to order the further away you get from downtown Napa. Please do not rely on taking an Uber to/from V. Sattui or from downtown Napa to a different Napa Valley region (Calistoga, Rutherford, St. Helena, etc.) We don't want you to get stranded!
