When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1st, 2024. No formal invitations are being sent out, so RSVP on our wedding website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire- there are lots of great Instagram photo ops :) For ladies, please be careful with heels. There are stairs, grass, and dancing!

Are kids welcome?

Please leave the little ones at home.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We are staying at the Archer Hotel located in downtown Napa. We also recommend staying at Embassy Suites which is about a 15 minute walk or 6 minute Uber to downtown Napa. There are plenty of other options of places to stay including bed and breakfasts and other hotels in town. We are having transportation to and from our venue stopping at both the Archer and Embassy Suites, so plan lodging accordingly. You may choose to stay in other areas outside of downtown Napa; however, please do not rely on Uber and you will have to drive to the venue located in St. Helena.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot if you choose to drive to V. Sattui. However, we will have transportation provided that will pick up and drop off at both the Archer and Embassy Suites.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

After the wedding, we will continue the party at Downtown Joe's located in downtown Napa. It is open till around 1:00 AM. Most bars and restaurants do close on the earlier side, so feel free to stock up in your hotel room too!

Is there anything to do Friday night if we arrive early?

Answer

Zach and I will be back at the Archer Hotel around 8:45 PM on Friday, May 31st. We are planning on going to the rooftop for a night cap. Please feel free to stop by and say hi.

How do we arrive to the venue?

Answer

Buses will be picking up at two locations to take you safely to and from the venue which is where our ceremony and reception will be. Please be ready and out front promptly at 5:00 PM for pick up at Archer Hotel Please be ready and out front promptly at 5:15 PM for pick up at Embassy Suites
