O'Hare and Midway are both good travel options for out-of-town visitors; they are both ~30 - 40 minutes from the city (via taxi / car).

Anything goes! Our venue is on the west side and there aren't any hotels nearby so staying in in the loop (or any desired neighborhood) and taking a taxi to the event is what we'll all be doing!
