Please arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to our 4:00 ceremony to ensure you are seated on time.
We plan to have an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting. We will move the ceremony indoors if needed. There will be both indoor and outdoor spaces available for the reception.
We ask that guests wear semi-formal attire. For women, this includes cocktail-length dress or dressy separates. For men, this includes dress shirt, dress pants, or suit and tie.
Yes, Mayowood Stone Barn offers free on-sight parking. Vehicles may be left overnight but must be picked up by 10:30am the following day. We will provide a shuttle to and from the ceremony and reception venue if staying at our hotel block at Candlewood Suites.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
There will be only TWO shuttles transporting guest from the hotel to the ceremony. The first shuttle will leave Candlewood Suites at approximately 3:00 PM with drop off at Mayowood at approximately 3:10 PM. The second shuttle will leave Candlewood Suites at approximately 3:30 PM with drop off at Mayowood at approximately 3:40. If able, try to use the earlier shuttle to avoid not having enough room for guests on the second shuttle! At the end of the evening, the shuttle will be making round trips to transport guests from Mayowood back to the hotel every half hour (as needed) beginning at 8:30 PM. Departure times from Mayowood will be approximately 8:30 PM, 9:00 PM, 9:30 PM, 10:00 PM, 10:30 PM, and 11:00 PM.
