A Freshman and a Junior walk into a History of Film class at the University of Minnesota in the spring semester. It was an 8:00 a.m. class—one of us is a morning person, while the other definitely isn’t (bonus points if you can guess who). Consequently, we were paired in a small group tasked with discussing a film’s dynamics, and unsurprisingly, the non-morning person was a bit sassy with the morning person, resulting in a very... unique first encounter. We went on to live separate lives for 5 years and reconnected for drinks at the Hewing Hotel and pizza at Black Sheep Pizza. From there, the rest is history! We are excited to share our love and this life-changing milestone with you all!
