Question

This venue is large and spread out. What are logistics for the day?

Answer

After you arrive, event staff will direct you to the Dairy Barn. Starting at 3:00pm, you can mingle with other guests and enjoy a pre-ceremony drink. Event staff will begin transporting all guests to the Ceremony Field, via ATV and tractor pull, at 3:30pm. It is a short walk across a grassy field to find your seats. The Ceremony Field is at the top of a sunny hill, with mountain views. After the ceremony, it is a short walk downhill to the Reception Hall. Event staff are available at the end of the reception to transport guests back to the parking lot.

What are the plans in case of rain?

Answer

If it rains, the ceremony will be held in the Dairy Barn. The reception will still be held in the Reception Hall.

Will there be a complimentary hotel shuttle?

Answer

No, there is no shuttle planned. Very few guests have booked our hotel block.

Question

Do Uber and Lyft pick up at Yesterday Spaces?

Answer

Yes. However, Yesterday Spaces strongly encourages scheduling your ride in advance.

Where do I park at Yesterday Spaces?

Answer

The Yesterday Spaces parking lot is on the south side of Sluder Branch Road. After you park, event staff will direct you across the street to the Dairy Barn.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with everyone, this is an 18+ event. The only exceptions will be our nieces and nephews.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please indicate on your RSVP if you have any allergies that require accommodation or require a vegetarian entree.

What accessibility and handicap options are available?

Answer

Please indicate in your RSVP if you require accessibility or handicap assistance. Caitlin and Manley will reach out to you directly to understand and meet your needs. Yesterday Spaces offers many options. For example, staff can drop off and pick up guests directly at their seats. Handicap parking is also available at the Reception Hall.

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Expect to walk on grass, gravel, and mulch. If you are considering what kind of heels to wear with your dress, Caitlin recommends something with a wedge or block heel, ideally that secures around your ankle.

Is the venue climate-controlled?

Answer

The Dairy Barn is not climate-controlled. The ceremony is outside on a sunny hill. The Reception Hall is fully heated and air-conditioned.
