For guests who were unable to book prior to March 24th Loews extended the group rate to Monday, March 30th. Reservation directly through the website at www.loewshotels.com and select a Deluxe room category. Once the reservation is confirmed, contact Isabelle Lebowitz at Isabelle.Lebowitz@loewshotels.com and Shaniya Groups at Shaniya@loewshotels.com to request that the reservation be moved into the group block and receive the group rate accordingly. Please note that both steps—making the reservation and following up with Loews—are required in order for the group rate to be honored.

Shuttles From Hotels to Fairmount Water Works

For your convenience transportation will be provided from both hotels (Loews & Mariott) to the Fairmount Water Works at 5:30pm! Shuttles are scheduled to happily take folks home at the end of the celebration as well!
