If you’re arriving Thursday night, please stop by and say hello! We’ll be gathering for a relaxed evening of wine, cheese, and good company. No formal program, just a chance to mingle, unwind after travel, and kick off the wedding weekend together!

Ceremony

The ceremony is an abbreviated traditional Catholic Mass. We understand some will be traveling in on the day of the wedding. For mass, guests are welcome to wear either Sunday Best or Black Tie for the Mass, keeping in mind the reception later in the evening will be Black Tie–Preferred!
Please note St. John's does not have a public restroom available during the ceremony. Our wedding coordinator, Amanda, will be on site for any emergencies. For those parking, Wanamaker Garage and the Loews Philadelphia Hotel garage are closest.
Wedding Shuttle *Time Change*

For your convenience transportation will be provided from both hotels (Loews & Mariott) to the Fairmount Water Works at 5:30pm! Shuttles are scheduled to take folks home at the end of the celebration as well!

Black-Tie Preferred. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We prefer Black Tie attire (tuxedos and floor length gowns), but a formal dark suit and tie or evening dress is perfectly appropriate
Shuttles will be provided to and from the Loews Philadelphia Hotel and the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown to Fairmount Water Works beginning pick up at 5:30pm.
