There are many great restaurants for brunch, lunch and dinner located in the Short North Arts District. The Pearl, Bristol Republic, Forno, Northstar Cafe and Fox in the Snow are some of our favorites. There are also several breweries in the area such as Seventh Son, Ohio Brewing Company, and Zaftig.
There are several fun places to go in the Downtown area such as Pins Mechanical, Wolf's Ridge Brewing, Jackie O's on Fourth, Land-Grant Brewing and BrewDog Franklinton.
If you want to head out to suburbia, Bridge Park in Dublin is a must-visit. There are many bars and restaurants, as well as a pedestrian bridge that connects to quaint Old Dublin. This area is very walkable and has DORA (designated outdoor refreshment area- you can get to-go cups and walk around with your drinks during designated hours).
Of course, we cannot forget about THE Ohio State University! The Shoe is across the street from the Varsity Club and beyond that, Thompson Library, The Oval, and Mirror Lake are great for a stroll.
