Transportation Information

Transportation is required to get into Stonepine. MONTEREY PICK UP AT MONTEREY HYATT CONFERENCE CENTER 6.13.25 - 5:30 PM Pick Up 6.14.25 - 2:30 PM Pick Up For any guests leaving on the Monterey shuttle, please park at the Monterey Hyatt Tennis Center. For locals that will be taking a shuttle to and from ceremony/reception and back, please park at the Monterey Hyatt. Please first go to the front desk to ask for a complimentary all-day parking pass. You must pick up a parking pass for both dates (6.13 & 6.14). Your name is noted on a list. After you receive your parking pass, please park at the Monterey Hyatt Tennis center. Main Event shuttles will pick you up in front of the Monterey Hyatt Conference Center. Where is the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be held in the Rosary Chapel at Santa Catalina School. Address: 1500 Mark Thomas Drive, Monterey CA 93940

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held at Stonepine Estate. Note - the reception is primarily outdoors. Please plan your shoe choice accordingly. There is extremely limited parking. We strong encourage you to utilize the shuttles. Address: 150 E Carmel Valley Road, Carmel Valley, CA 93924

Where is the welcome party?

The welcome party will be hosted at the Paddock Lawn at Stonepine Estate from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Transportation will be provided to and from Stonepine. There is no private parking available onsite.

What is the requested attire?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. We encourage women to wear knee length or full length dresses. Men are strongly encouraged to wear suits. Note, the reception will take place on grass. Please plan footwear accordingly.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be inside the rosary chapel at Santa Catalina School. Cocktail hour, reception and dancing will be outside. We recommend bringing a light layer/shawl for the evening.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. We hope you can still join us for a night of celebration!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to extend an invitation to all of our friends and family, our venue has limited space. Therefore, we ask that you kindly refrain from bringing a plus one unless specifically noted on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
