Where is the ceremony?

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will be held at Stonepine Estate. Note - the reception is primarily outdoors. Please plan your shoe choice accordingly. There is extremely limited parking. We strong encourage you to utilize the shuttles. Address: 150 E Carmel Valley Road, Carmel Valley, CA 93924

Where is the welcome party?

The welcome party will be hosted at the Paddock Lawn at Stonepine Estate from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Transportation will be provided to and from Stonepine. There is no private parking available onsite.

What is the requested attire?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. We encourage women to wear knee length or full length dresses. Men are strongly encouraged to wear suits. Note, the reception will take place on grass. Please plan footwear accordingly.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles departing upon conclusion of the ceremony site, Santa Catalina School, to the reception venue, Stonepine Estate. There is ample parking for the ceremony. There is very limited parking at the reception venue. It is highly recommended to utilize the shuttles to and from the ceremony to the reception. Shuttles will depart in the evening back to Monterey Hyatt and Carmel Plaza. For those wanting to take their own car to the venue, you will be asked to park in a separate area than the estate and take a shuttle to the reception site. The parking lot is not in walking distance to the estate. Ubers are easily available to get to the ceremony site and encouraged. Ubers in the evening after the reception are much more limited. Please anticipate to call an uber 20 minutes before pick up time post reception. More details to be provided. Stay tuned.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be inside the rosary chapel at Santa Catalina School. Cocktail hour, reception and dancing will be outside. We recommend bringing a light layer/shawl for the evening.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding. We hope you can still join us for a night of celebration!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to extend an invitation to all of our friends and family, our venue has limited space. Therefore, we ask that you kindly refrain from bringing a plus one unless specifically noted on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
