Attire is semi-formal. Please plan to bring a sweater or jacket for outside dining on the terrace pending weather!
We do love your kiddos, but this will be an adults only affair!
You can park right at Laurel Hall! The ceremony and reception will be held in different rooms in the same building. There are 60 reserved spaces for guests. Please car pool if you are able!
Laurel Hall is accessed through a gated community. On your formal invitation you will receive a code to punch in to open the gate. Just remember to press the pound symbol (#) BEFORE the numbers or it will not work! (Also you don’t need to press it again after the numbers) :)
The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Guests may arrive starting at 3:45pm. Please note that the ceremony will be held in the chapel on the third floor of the venue and there is no elevator available for use in the building.
We will be serving a chicken dish as well as a vegan dish for the bride and vegan guests. Should you need any additional dietary accommodations, please contact Jordan or Caitlin directly ahead of time and we will make arrangements for you!
