Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We're so excited to celebrate this day special day surrounded by our closets family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event with the exception of John and Caitlin's nieces and nephews. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at home.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-Formal with a Spring Twist! We kindly ask our guests to dress in semi-formal attire, with a nod to the beauty of spring. Ladies; think floral prints, pastels, and cheerful colors. Need an excuse to buy a new Easter dress? This is it! Gentlemen; slacks, sport coats, and cowboy boots are all welcome. Weather dependent, we hope to have the ceremony outside. We recommend comfortable footwear suitable for grass.

Yes, there is a large gravel parking lot.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
If Caitlin could pick - 75 and sunny. If John could pick - 62 and cloudy. Texas weather in the Spring can vary greatly. April can range from the mid 50s to almost 80.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
4:30 should give you plenty of time to park, stretch your legs, chit chat with friends or family, use the restroom and find a seat no later than 4:45pm.

All festivities will take place on the same property.

When will we eat?
Answer
Light refreshments will be available upon your arrival before the ceremony. Immediately following, the bridal party will take pictures during cocktail hour. During this time the bar will open and passed hors d’oeuvres will be served as well as a self serve charcuterie board. Once guests are invited into the reception hall, a buffet style dinner will be available.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Yes! The couple has curated a selection of beer and wine to be served at the open bar.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we’ll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.

Can I visit Caitlin at SeaWorld?
Answer
Absolutely! In the previous few years the park has only been open Thursday-Sunday during the month of April. Caitlin will plan on working Thursday April 9th to share her love of belugas with anyone who would like to come. Please contact Caitlin directly so she can share all the pertinent details. If you would like to visit SeaWorld on a different day that is also an option. Let Caitlin know what day works best and she can give you more details closer to the date.
