FAQs

If you have any questions about Nashville , the wedding, or anything at all please contact us! We are so looking forward to seeing everyone! * We are praying and hoping that COVID -19 is a thing of the past by June (hopefully sooner). All of our recommendations of things to do while visiting is with this in mind. As members of the medical community, we are pro-mask and pro-social distancing. As it draws nearer to the big day we will evaluate and make sure our loved ones are safe.
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Make sure you bring your dancing shoes!

Question

Where do I park and how do I get there?

Answer

The address of Ruby is located under the schedule tab. There will be a parking guard present for guests that will not be able to park and walk from the lot located next door or are being dropped off. The elementary school parking lot next to the venue will allow all guests to park there. Less than 2 minute walk from that lot to Ruby's door.

Question

Is it an indoor or outdoor venue?

Answer

Great question. The ceremony and reception will be inside with all the AC available because Nashville summers are no joke. The cocktail hour will be in the outside area in the front and back of the venue but don't worry there will be fans and cold beverages to keep everyone comfortable!

Question

Do you have a block of rooms at a specific hotel?

Question

What about COVID-19?

Answer

As mentioned above we will assess the situation closer to the wedding and make any adjustment as needed. Our guest list is fairly small to ease your minds. We will likely provide masks or encourage you to bring your own. If you feel safest wearing a mask, please do so. Our wedding pics may have masks in them but it's a sign of the times am I right??? There will be hand sanitizing stations available. And finally, hopefully most guests by then will have been fortunate enough to have received the COVID-19 vaccine!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately due to space limitations we are having an adults-only reception. The only children attending are those who are part of our wedding party. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.
