They have always guarded her from boys in the past, and she will revel in watching them cheer as they give their blessing to Jared on the big day. Brandon Hatz
Best Man
Brandon is Jared's one and only big sibling. He has always been that father figure in his life early on, growing up. He kept Jared out of trouble and was always there for advice. They share so many interests, mostly because Jared has always wanted to do everything Brandon was doing! Brandon is the best man and is a best man in every other thought of the title, even outside of a wedding. Jared is so happy he can share this day with Brandon right next to him.
Shana Yourey

Caitlin met Shana as "Shorty" the infamous tiny player who dribbled between someone's legs in a game. From sleepovers, making documentaries (Edgar), baking inedible concoctions, to playing AAU basketball, to high school, to college at LVC, Yocko's, coaching, and now, their relationship has remained solid. Caitlin loves how authentic & silly Shana is and how her confidence beams through in all that she does. As a new mom to Nick, she is an inspiration to Caitlin. Some of their most special moments include Shana's first trip to Europe to Greece with Kayla. Riding donkeys, exploring islands, and cliff diving rocked. Other special moments included Mary Green RA's, running a marathon together, Caitlin crashing at Shana's apartment in Annville, and traveling to Italy & Switzerland with Lucas.
Charlie Kirsch
Groomsman
Charlie and Jared met in NYC back in 2011 when they both were performance coaches at a company called E3Sports. They immediately became best friends. After NYC Jared lived with Charlie in their family house on two separate occasions, before landing a job at Westminster School and after, until Jared left for a job at Lebanon Valley College in September of 2015. Since living down in Pennsylvania from 2015-2019, seeing each other has been more difficult but they continued to stay in touch and visit whenever possible. Charlie and Jared spend most of their time looking for an opportunity to play street hockey or "League" whenever they're together.
Andrea Castilow
Bridesmaid
Caitlin first met Andrea, also known as "Hoover" on her recruiting visit to LVC. At the time Hoover had mono and she seemed so frail. This initial judgement was so wrong, as the All-American set dozens of records and her jersey was retired. Their friendship grew over the years and Caitlin found herself crashing at her apartment in Harrisburg often. Caitlin appreciates how genuine, gracious, and generous Andrea is. Some of the highlights of their friendship include Hosting NCAA's, Crayon-parties, 21st birthdays, and Conference Championships, as well running a half marathon in Niagara falls and a road trip to Maine for Kayla's wedding. Andrea and Caitlin also shared an unforgettable international adventure through Norway, Spain, and the Netherlands from the Barcelona beaches to the fjords.
Sean Conaty
Groomsman
Seany Juice as some call him! Only those who know him well. Jared and Sean met in graduate school at Springfield College in 2012 where they both studied strength and conditioning. Sean and Jared also lived together during grad school for their last year from 2013-2014. They spend most of their time being meat heads and talking about training, nutrition and the latest news going on within their world of work. Sean is always the person who Jared can count on to reply "I can eat" when asked if hungry and someone who can keep him up to date on everything "strength and conditioning." Sean's sense of humor and infectious laugh makes for a great recipe for these two when put in the same room together. Look out for these two being obnoxiously loud together...and crushing the dance floor.
Kayla Roth-Heinlein

Kayla and Caitlin first met on day one of college orientation. As the new class of freshmen joining the LVC basketball team, they were nervously learning the ropes. Kayla and Caitlin enjoyed attending hockey games & dancing at the UG (dance club) until they graduated. Caitlin loves how creative, compassionate, and present Kayla is. Their junior year the two even lived together in a community service house on campus, organizing tons of events. Their love of travel was cemented when Kayla studied abroad in Italy for a semester. Building on that interest, the two and Shana planned an epic Greek adventure touring Santorini, Mykonos, and Athens. Some of their special memories include trips to Boston (Halloween X2), meeting for the Women's World Cup in Canada, & exploring D.C with Andrea!
Tommy Kirsch
Groomsman
Jared and Tommy met through Charlie, his brother. Tommy has always been someone who would sacrifice anything of his own to help another person out. Countless times Jared has spent long weekends at the Kirsch family house and Tommy would always be offering up his own bed and would instead sleep on the couch. Tommy is also hands down one of the funniest people Jared has ever met, these two are always being ridiculous and over the top whenever possible. The show "The Office" will certainly be quoted by these two and other close friends of the wedding party the entire night - enjoy. Tommy and Jared's friendship has continued to grow from concerts, to being in his wedding in 2020, to camping trips in the Delaware Water Gap and now him being in Jared's wedding just a year later!
Kiely Chaklos

Caitlin met Kiely as a 6th grade basketball phenom. The two would later be rivals in high school but would come together for Caitlin's last season at LVC, where 7am morning workouts were their routine. The two even won a Conference Championship together. Caitlin appreciates Kiely's dedication to her family and yet her fierce sense of self. She enjoys Kiely's commitment to her passions including Criminal Minds and long distance running. As the only girls in their families, Caitlin can relate to Kiely's relationship with her brothers. Over the years some of their best memories have included trips to D.C. with Andrea, overdosing on Georgetown Cupcakes, their college bucket lists, concerts, Color Runs in Mass., playing ball in the Skook/ the Nook, as well as a cruise to Bermuda.
Andrew Yanik
Co-Officiant
Andrew and Jared met through, again, Charlie and Tommy Kirsch. After Jared had spent the last 10 years knowing Charlie and Tommy and visiting the Kirsch family, Jared and Andrew started a friendship through that time. Andrew is always the one Jared can look to for a deep intellectual conversation. These conversations are usually long and off-grid, often at a social event where people tend to come looking for these two to see what they could possibly be talking about for so long. Jared cherishes these conversations with Andrew and it is why he was asked to be an officiant. Incredibly well spoken, kind, and brilliant, Jared couldn't have thought of a better person to be included in the wedding the way that Andrew is.
Beth Julian
Co-Officiant
Caitlin and Beth were both English majors at LVC, but their paths didn't cross until their mentor Bongi, brought them together. Caitlin enjoyed working closely with Beth for 4 years at their alma mater collaborating on lots of projects such as the Food Festival, ESL tutoring, Global Coffee Hour, orientation, and more. Caitlin loves how bombastic Beth is, her unapologetic honesty, and her contagious humor. She is impressed with how well Beth relates to and advocates for students. Caitlin has benefited greatly over the years from Beth's delicious cooking and from the fresh vegetables and spices out of her garden. Some of their best memories together include Caitlin's roller skating party, Jared's 30th, murder mysteries, Mt. Gretna, and a special Tuscan adventure together in Italy.
