Wear what you are comfortable in! Jared and his groomsmen will be in suits, and our reception will be inside. We just ask that you bring comfy shoes for dancing!
We would really like to start right at 3:30pm, so if you could plan to arrive by 3:20pm, that should give you a few extra minutes in case you are running late or miss a turn.
Yes. We ask that all guests are either vaccinated or provide proof of negative test at least 24 hours in advance to crm003@lvc.edu. Food will be a plated meal, vs. buffet. The Carriage House has undergone a renovation to allow for more air flow with larger bay windows that open and large glass paneled sliding doors that can be slid open. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside, and we support anyone who would prefer to wear a mask or need to socially distance. Yes! There is plenty of parking when you first enter (left hand side of the gate) and drive around the property. From there you can follow the signs to the Spring Garden Ceremony spot. It is an estimated 4-5 minute walk.
Our plan is to have our ceremony outside at the Spring Garden location of Cameron Estate Inn. There is some tree coverage so we hope there will be some shade for our guests. If it would rain, we do have an indoor-back up location called the Conservatory ready to go. The Conservatory is also located on the grounds next to the parking lot and Inn.
The answer is both! We will have both an inside location and outdoor patio. Guests will be free to spread out and roam the grounds as they like! Just be sure to take a few snapshots in our photo booth before the night is over!
Everything is walkable and handicap accessible! The reception is just a 5 minute walk from the ceremony.
The reception will take place in a separate building, called the Carriage House. Inside this quaint structure we will serve plated food from the esteemed Cameron Estate Restaurant.
Our cocktail hour will begin at 4pm with light appetizers and drinks. We will then start the reception at 5pm. Our event will conclude at 9pm.
There will be two rounds of shuttles from the SureStay Plus Hotel to the ceremony site at 3:00pm and 3:15pm. At the conclusion of the evening, we will offer multiple shuttles departing every 30 minutes, starting at 9pm.
