Question

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm so all guests are advised to arrive at Redleaf by 3:30pm.

When does the reception start and end?

Answer

Immediately after the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with canapés served from 4:30 to 6:00pm. Following the cocktail hour will be the reception which will commence at 6:00pm ending at 10:00pm.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

We have organised shuttle buses to transport guests to and from their accommodation to Redleaf provided that you are staying in Wollombi or the surrounding areas of Laguna or Millfield. If you would like to catch the shuttle, please let us know your accommodation in your RSVP so we can let the bus company know. If you wish to drive, there is also ample parking available at Redleaf. Once you arrive to the property, there is on-site parking located immediately on your left as you turn into the driveway. If you are driving from Sydney, take the Peats Ridge exit from the M1 which is about 5 minutes after the Hawkesbury River Bridge and then just follow the signs to Wollombi. When you reach Wollombi, turn right at the pub and head out of town for 4kms, you will see Redleaf on the left.

Where should I stay?

Answer

There are a number of accommodation options in the Wollombi area. Alternatively, you can also stay in surrounding areas of Laguna or Millfield. What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, with a garden party chic theme. Suits and dresses are perfect – dress to impress but feel comfortable. It also likely to be hot during the afternoon so keep this in mind!

Will my dietary requirements be catered for?

Answer

Please advise with your RSVP if you have any specific dietary needs or requirements so we can inform our caterers.

Registry or Wishing Well?

Answer

The most important gift to us is having you share in our special day, however if you would like to gift us something to start our married life together, there will be a wishing well available on the day.
