Maid of Honor
Hello! My name is Mackenzie, Caitlin's Maid of Honor! Caitlin and I go way back, all the way back to when she was sitting in the hospital room and eating her McDonalds right after I was born. From that moment on I had a life long best friend that has been by my side each and every day. From singing together on the Wii, doing each other's makeup, and creating dance shows in our living room forcing our parents to watch, I have been lucky enough to grow up with her, dance with her, and laugh with her through everything. I remember the days when Caitlin started seeing Jake during COVID and would come home and tell me how excited she was about him. It is so heartwarming watching their love story unfold over the years and I can’t wait to officially call Jake my brother in law! On the wedding day, I’ll probably be crying happy tears, but don’t worry I’ll be tearing up the dance floor right after.
Best Man
Hey, my name is Brandan! You can call me Bran, Ferg, Handsome, or Jake’s Best Man. Jake and I met in kindergarten many moons ago and have been best friends ever since. Years later I met Caitlin in high school, but got to know her better (don’t know if that’s a good thing?) when her and Jake got together. You can expect to see me keeping the groomsman in order, the party rocking, and if the special night takes us there, singing Barry Manilow. See you on the dance floor!!
Bridesmaid
My name is Megan and I’m a bridesmaid. I met Caitlin in high school and worked very hard to become her friend. Back then, she was quite shy—but that definitely didn’t stop me. That determination paid off with a best friend of more than 10 years. Cait is someone I can always laugh with, rely on, and truly be myself around. When Cait first told me that she and Jake were dating, I was so happy I had a few tears in my eyes. I knew she had found a great guy who would make her happy. Having already shared so many of life’s biggest moments together, I feel incredibly honoured to be part of this very special day. I’m so happy for Jake and Cait, and I can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes them. You can find me at the wedding on the dance floor, join me!!

Hello everyone, I’m Reilly — the big goof who’ll be standing up here beside Jake and the rest of the fellas. I’ve known Jake since I moved into town and started attending Armour Heights, but over the last few years we’ve really bonded over our shared love of cold beer and a beautiful little establishment called McThirsty’s… which we go more often than I think we’re willing to admit. I first met Caitlin through our mutual friend Amanda, and then a couple of years ago we became cousins — which means Jake and I now get to enjoy beers together at family functions too. Win-win. I’m so happy for these two. They’re absolutely perfect for each other, and honestly, we all saw this coming. It was never a question of if — just when. And here we are! I’ve never met a dance floor I didn’t like, so if you see me out there later… you’re welcome… to join.
Bridesmaid
Hi my name is Bryanna! I have known Caitlin since high school, where we first met dancing together at TAS — and have been twirling through life ever since. I have also known Jake practically forever, growing up across the street from him as kids. Having known them both for so long, I was rooting for these two to get together for years before they finally did — and I couldn’t be happier to see them say “I do.” These days, I teach dance, drama, and musical theatre in high school and at a local dance studio, sharing my love of the stage with my students. When I’m not teaching, I spend my free time with my husband, Mac & our wild but lovable dog, Tiger. At the wedding you can expect to find me on the dance floor from start to finish, drink in hand, big smile on my face, and absolutely no shame in dragging you out there with me!

Jake and I first crossed paths playing baseball against each other as children. Fast forward to high school, and thankfully we were able to put our rivalry aside and became great friends! After high school, Jake and I both went to Trent University and even lived together for a year, developing an electric chemistry as a beer pong duo. I also met Caitlin in high school through my then girlfriend (now wife), Bryanna. Caitlin and I quickly bonded over our dislike of social gatherings and small talk (aka we often sit in silence together). This works out quite well when the four of us hang out as we wouldn’t be able to get a word in edgewise anyway. I was lucky enough to see first hand Bryanna’s persistent multi-year effort to get Jake and Caitlin together and am grateful to be able to have been a part of their lives through their entire relationship thus far. When I am not busy being the second most important person named Mac in Caitlin and Jake’s wedding, you can find me working as a lawyer right here in Peterborough. Outside of work, I enjoy playing hockey, golf, video games, and hanging out with Bryanna and our dog Tiger. If you are looking for me at the wedding I will likely be (reluctantly) on the dance floor with a (mandatory) drink in hand attempting to dance despite having the worst rhythm you’ve ever seen.
Bridesmaid
Hi, I’m Amanda, one of Caitlin’s bridesmaids! Caitlin and I go all the way back to elementary school - even if neither of us fully remembers each other. We became inseparable when we both chose to go to TAS and I offered to drive her to school in the mornings. From our daily commutes, identical timetables, dance classes, and spending countless hours at each others houses, we’ve built a friendship that’s only grown stronger (even when life took us to different cities). And yes: I definitely remember Jake having a major crush on Caitlin in high school. Their love story didn’t kick off then, but seeing it come full circle now feels so special. They’ve already created a beautiful life together and I’m excited to stand by her side June 13 - and every chapter beyond. See you on the dance floor!

Hello everyone! My name is Aaron (also known as Porker, or littlep0rker). I’ve known Woddy for too long, and I got to meet Caitlin when she was hogging all the WiFi when the boys tried to play video games. One of my best memories with Woddy was at a Todd Rundgren concert in Lewiston, New York. What a show. I’m so glad I got to know the both of them over the years and I really am looking forward to this marvellous ceremony. Please, do not expect anything from me as I truly believe expectation is the root of all heart ache.
