Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the wedding location that will be reserved for specific guests. We will have shuttles going to and from Clean Tech Commons at 2548 Pioneer Rd. Douro-Dummer. The shuttles will be starting at 5pm and run until 6pm, then start up again at 7pm, and the final shuttle will be at 12:30am. The shuttles will run every 30 minutes. We ask that you park here and take a shuttle to and from the wedding location.

While we love your little ones, we ask that you do not bring your children.

Will there be a sit down meal?

Answer

No, since we are having a later ceremony, we will have hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour, but no sit down meal.

What is the bar situation?

Answer

We will have a bar with multiple different options for drinks! The bar will be a cash bar.

Where should we stay if we are from out of town?

Answer

Since we do not have a ton of guests travelling from out of town, we do not have a hotel block: however, we recommend local hotels such as: Best Western, Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn.
