We both walked the same halls at Gonzaga University, cheered at the same games, and probably passed each other a hundred times — yet somehow, our paths never crossed. Despite sharing mutual friends and even the same major, fate decided to wait a little longer before introducing us. Fast forward to NCAA March Madness 2023 — Gonzaga was making moves, and so was Elario. Thanks to a little nudge from social media (“You may know this person,” “mutual friends,” “suggested connections” — you know the ones), he reached out to Caitlin. One message led to another, and before long, our shared love for Gonzaga basketball turned into something bigger. From that first conversation, everything just clicked. Our connection grew through our mutual values, our close family ties, our love of travel, and the countless little things in between. We haven’t looked back since — and never will. Go Zags!
