12 years later
Edgar and Caitlin met at Havana Red Robin in 2009. Nights closing down the restaurant with friends turned into opportunities to get to know each other better. They would write love notes on food tickets to each other. Rides home turned into hours sitting in the car talking together. After four years of getting to know each other they started dating. They spent eight wonderful years together. In October 2021 they took a much needed vacation to La Jolla, California. While out exploring the beaches together, Edgar proposed and Caitlin said yes! They are excited to celebrate with family and friends on March 26th, 2022!
