We started as coworkers, then friends, sharing laughs and stories. But who were we fooling? Over time, those bonds grew into something deeper, and we fell in love. Our relationship deepened over a mutual passion for cooking and enjoying cheesy reality TV. We taught each other important life lessons, like distinguishing between Walmart and Target appropriate outfits, and who really is the greatest Roman emperor? Together, we tackled life's biggest challenges like perfecting a Beef Wellington, installing shelves and building a patio. We raised two perfect fur babies, Jameson, the Polish dwarf, and our newest baby Ramsay Roux - surviving the trials of puppy potty training. We are bad at keeping secrets from each other. Caitlin knew that our "spontaneous" trip to Manhattan was going to be something special. After the second course of what would become our most unforgettable meal, Dennis got down on one knee and Caitlin said yes. We couldn't be more excited about this new chapter.
