Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony starts at 4:00 p.m so you can settle before the proceedings. The venue will open at 3:30 p.m.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bow ties, or men can opt for a dark formal suit.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gifts?

Answer

Your presence alone at our wedding is the greatest gift we could have. If you wish to send gifts, you may have them delivered to our home at 739 Cruise View Drive, Tampa, FL 33602. We do ask that gifts not be brought to the venue, as this would cause some difficulty when traveling back home.

What if I don't RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our deadline May 4th, 2025, you will be marked "not attending". The reason for this is that we must provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors promptly. We kindly ask for all RSVP's to be completed by May 4th, 2025.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included in your invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will be listed on your invite.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that our wedding will be kid-free besides those participating in the wedding.

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture the most important moments of our lives and we'd hate to have phones or cameras blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony and ceremony exit please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Nella Terra has onsite parking available that may accommodate parking for up to 200 guests. The venue is situated on a private valley near the parking lot. The venue offers an onsite shuttle for guests who do not wish to or cannot, walk the staircase to the ceremony site.

Have you reserved room blocks at any hotels?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a room blocks at the AC Hotel by Marriott Pleasanton. Be sure to book your hotel room before May 1, 2025, to reserve a room at the discounted rate. For other recommended travel accommodations please refer to the travel tab.
