For traveling around Rome we recommend using public transportation (unfortunately), taxis or Uber.
From Airport:

Around Rome:
Use the app CityMapper for easy to follow directions. You can buy metro passes at most metro stops. It becomes cheaper if you buy a multi-day pass, and there are some options that also allow for museum tickets.
