Caitlin met her sister Jennie right after she was born in 1988. They spent their childhood bickering/hiding things from their parents and loudly accusing each other of imagined slights. However through the years, their relationship grew when they both realized they had the same weird sense of humor and bizarre array of neuroses (afraid of calling people on the phone, afraid of ordering food from a waiter, etc). These shared personality flaws brought them closer together and now they have a close bond that includes randomly sending each other coffee mugs and dog memes. They are thrilled for this new chapter in Caitlin's life and can't wait to see where it takes her!
Maria Cusac
Bridesmaid
Caitlin and Maria first met in their sorority and hit it off immediately. Whether it was watching eight hours of Canadian teen soap Degrassi or stalking boys they liked, they've done it all together. They were inseparable throughout college and still text and talk every single day. Caitlin is so thankful to have Maria by her side through the wedding planning process. She has been a cornerstone during this unpredictable, chaotic time and has provided Caitlin with much needed support and guidance. Maria is dependable, sweet, caring, and Caitlin can't wait to see what happens in this new chapter of their friendship!
Lauren Martinez

One of Caitlin's first conversations with Lauren was when she yelled at her about how they'd be best friends one day after cornering her on a sorority party bus. Up until this point, Caitlin had been very reserved among her new sorority sisters, so all Lauren could do was look at her like she was crazy. But being Lauren, she still managed to politely smile and nod before Caitlin was gently coaxed into sitting back on down. Turns out that Caitlin was drunk, but she was also right. Years later, Caitlin and Lauren have a very special, irreplaceable friendship. They can tell each other exactly what they're thinking, and they always have each other’s best interests at heart. They will fight for each other no matter what. Caitlin feels so fortunate to have known her for so many years!
Aastha Lal

Caitlin and Aastha met three years ago when they both worked for AT&T. They started out as awkward coworkers, but that ended when Aastha asked Caitlin to go to a concert. Caitlin was reluctant because it was a work night and Caitlin is usually in bed by 10 pm sharp. But she agreed and thought she'd extend her curfew to midnight, but no later. They didn't get back home until 3 am. It should've been Caitlin's worst nightmare, but it was one of the best nights of her life! Not only did she and Aastha get to know each other better, but the evening marked the true beginning of their friendship. From there, they only grew closer and some people (like their coworkers) might even say codependent. Aastha is hilarious, genuine, dependable, and Caitlin feels grateful to have her as a friend!
Tyler Shigenaga
Best Man
Tyler is Todd's older brother by three years. Tyler was the one who introduced Todd to board sports, and growing up they'd spend time analyzing snowboarding videos even though they lived in Southern California. Nonetheless, they enjoyed their reputations as the "best snowboarders" in school, but now looking back they wish they could've been the "best computer programmers." The consummate older brother, Tyler also advised Todd on clothes, trends, and what/what not to do growing up. And whatever he said it landed Caitlin, so it must've been good advice. Todd values all the experience and advice that Tyler has given him growing up, and is looking forward to this new chapter in his life with Tyler supporting him!
Joseph Stemmer

Todd met Joey in high school where their friendship started simply enough in shared classes. As they've grown older, they've graduated to more mature (and expensive) pursuits like surf excursions, tiki outings, rum tastings, and trips to Mexico. But whether they're in a classroom or a cabana, Todd and Joey will always be friends. They've created a lifetime full of memories in just a few short years, and remain close in both their personal and professional lives. Their friendship has brought out the best in both of them over the years, and Todd feels fortunate to have had him by his side all these years!
Stuart Pennington

Todd and Stu have been friends since elementary school and stayed close through middle and high school while playing baseball together through the years. Most of their childhood memories are kept alive through Stuart's unparalleled ability to remember events and places growing up that Todd had long forgotten. Today, Todd and Stuart have moved on from baseball and spend their time focusing on more adult pursuits like good interest rates on mortgages, home prices, remodel costs, Costco stock, deals at Costco, and Costco (Charlie Munger would be proud). But whether it's baseball or buying a house, Stu has been a dependable friend and Todd can't imagine life without him!
Zachary Jefferson
Groomsman
Todd and Zach met in elementary school and they remained good friends into high school, where they bonded by terrorizing their teachers in their shared classes. This includes the time they earned the title of "the undesirables" in Mr. Borders' class, and put vodka in Ms. Strammas water bottle (thus marking the only time in history when teens in possession of alcohol didn't drink it, but instead freely gave it back to an adult). When they weren't testing their teachers' pay grades, they spent their time playing video games and eating at Olive Garden. Years later nothing has really changed, but Todd wouldn't have it any other way. Zach has been a great friend to Todd over the years and Todd can't wait to see where their friendship takes them next. As long as it includes Olive Garden.
