Beach There are several Ko Olina lagoons that are great for a calmer swimming environment. It is also located on the west side of the island, so the sunsets here are beautiful to watch!

Beach Lanikai Beach is known for its soft sand and clear blue water, perfect to watch the sunrise. Note: This beach is located next to beach front property, so there are no designated parking lots.

Waimea Bay Beach

Beach Waimea Bay is one of the notorious beaches on Oahu's North Shore. While you can relax and swim at this beautiful beach, you can also jump off of a 30 ft. rock into the ocean. Note: The parking lot at this beach is extremely small, so if you are not there when the parking lot opens then the best place to park would be down the road at Foodland, which is about a 15-20 min. walk from the beach.

Kailua Beach Park

Beach Kailua Beach is a white sand and clear blue water beach. This beach is very family friendly with lots of parking.

Hanauma Bay

Beach (Snorkeling Spot) If you are looking for a place to snorkel on Oahu, Hanauma Bay is one of the most beautiful spots on the island. Because it is a marine life conservation park, the amount of people that they allow per day is very limited. It is recommended to get there fairly early before they cut off admission due to capacity. Makapu‘u Point Lighthouse Trail

Hike Makapu'u Lighthouse is a easy and rewarding hike on the island! The trail has beautiful coastal views, paved roads the entire way, and a gorgeous view at the very end. It is best earlier in the day because of the heat, but nothing beats this hike's view at sunrise.
