The wedding ceremony and reception are at the same location at The Lodge at Trinity Tree Farm. The wedding starts at 4:00pm on Saturday, October 4th, so we please ask you arrive by 3:30. A cocktail hour will follow the ceremony before dinner and dancing!
The ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting, on a grassy lawn surrounded by evergreen trees to represent the beautiful PNW! As such, we'd recommend avoiding any spike heel that may get caught in the grass. The cocktail hour and reception will be in the building next door with an open air atrium. Parking is provided next to the building.
You're ready to celebrate, and we want you to look and feel fabulous! Our dress code is cocktail attire. Think of it as an excuse to get a little fancy! For the ladies, this means cocktail dresses, elevated jumpsuits, or dressy separates. Keep in mind the ceremony is on grass so any spiked heel has a risk of getting stuck. Gents, we're looking for suits (ties are optional!) or dress pants with a sharp blazer and dress shirt. Most importantly, we want you to be comfortable and ready to hit the dance floor with us!
Seattle weather always likes to keep us on our toes! While usually we still get warm, sunny days into October (think ~60-70 degrees), it still does hold that reputation of being rainy for a reason. We recommend layers and always being prepared, but we'll have the ceremony indoors if it does seem like rain.
Use the QR code on the back of your invitation or navigate to the RSVP section at the top of this page. Search your name and respond to the invites and questions asked to let us know if you are attending.
Our wedding is by invitation only, and your invitation will specify if you have a plus-one.
We are so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest! While we wish that could include every little one, we do kindly request this be an adults-only affair. We appreciate your understanding.
The wedding will be outside the city of Seattle in Issaquah. We've recommended a few hotels that are close to the venue and would be quick Uber rides at the end of the night. If you are looking for a more lively area, downtown Bellevue or Seattle would also be great locations and nearby many fun areas to visit. There are also plenty of Airbnb's around, so you have flexibility to choose what would work best for you!
Google maps can give you great directions to Trinity Tree Farm: Trinity Tree Farm, 14237 228th Ave SE, Issaquah, WA 98027 Follow signs to The Lodge (right turn). There is plenty of parking available right next to the venue. Ride shares also will come to the venue and are great options for the end of the night. You can leave your car overnight if needed, but it does need to be picked up by 10 AM the next morning.
Sea-Tac will be the best bet if flying in. Note that traffic around the airport can get backed up so as you depart, leave plenty of time to get there. If you don't have pre-check, Seattle offers security reservations that help you skip long lines. Visit https://www.portseattle.org/SEAspotsaver to book a time - you are able to arrive either 15 min in advance or after your reservation to still get through. You can book up to 5 days in advanced, and is recommended to get an ideal time slot.
